Construction and Safety Features:  

·         One Primary pressure release valve

·         One Secondary Safety Release, Backup valve

·         Two stainless steel safety clamps (on the sides)

·         The body and lid are 18/10 quality stainless steel construction

·         It has a 3 ply diffuser base (bottom) for even heat distribution and fuel efficiency on all heat sources including:

o         Induction stoves

o         Electric stoves

o         Gas stoves

o         Glass Top stoves 

In the earlier model designs of pressure cookers, they were equipped with only one steam valve. This has since given way in the more modern units to double steam valves. One will act as primary, the other as a backup. Most importantly we have incorporated third feature, a set of stainless steel safety clamps on the sides of the pressure cooker to ensure that even if all of the above features were de-activated, that excessive pressure would be released between the pressure cooker and lid in a downward motion. This is achieved by the unique design of the lid and safety clamps. These features will allow for excessive pressure to lift the lid slightly, and be released downwards over the body of the cooker.
